Attention Pilots: Entries & payments should be received at least 7 days prior to the event. Payment should be made by electronic transfer (PayPal) from the GBRCAA Competition Entry Form. Payment can also be made by cheque and the entry form posted to the Contest Director of the competition.
Postal Applications – payments should be sent to the CD (cheques post-dated with the date of the competition & made payable to the ‘GBR/CAA’). The CD will confirm entries via the GBR/CAA forum once payment has been received.
Refunds – Will be given if cancellation notice is given by the pilot to the Contest Director up to 2 weeks before the date of the competition. If no cancellation is received 2 weeks prior to competition the entry fee will not be refunded. PayPal refunds can only be made within 90 days of initial payment being made (subject to PayPal fees) and for those that do not have a registered PayPal account refunds can only be made within 60 days of initial payment being made.
