Hi Arnie. Thought you would recognise the styling! Not flown as yet. Eddy and Judy have just spent a week with us with a view to putting the stickers on (my job) and help set-up the esc. At the weight it should perform very nicely in Masters, which is where Eddy intends to compete at one or two comps. Just for a bit of fun really.

Just to report that Eddy has now had five flights with the Solace and is duly impressed. Fine tuning has to take place now but initial feelings are that it is going to be good. Verticals, straight up and down and knife edge showing little deviation with very little rudder input required. I'll post further as Eddy flies it more. With an 8S setup, the power was more than adequate with verticals on just over half throttle.

It was the right decision to let it go. After handling Eddy's model and the difficulty I had moving it around, I am better sticking with the smaller models now. It is called being realistic and adjusting things to how the situation is at any particular time. Still enjoy my flying and building and I always get a thrill from seeing other people flying my designs. Enjoy it Joe, don't forget the piccies!!!!
