Hi Guy’s,

It is with hopeful understanding that I have to announce the following.

Those of you who know me will be aware of my company “Aeropaint” and the work this undertakes, but for those who are not so aware, may I digress a little……….

Aeropaint is a company that I started after a short period of great fulfillment working on my own model aircraft and producing some very pleasing paint work on them. After various enquiries, mostly from close aero-modeling friends, I decided to start the “Aeropaint” company and develop my skills. Whilst starting out in this newfound business adventure my thoughts and aspirations were and still very much are with our family business which involves vehicle recovery and breakdowns, in fact the largest company of its type within the North Midlands and Southern Yorkshire.

As Aeropaint has grown in popularity, so has its involvement in other, more diverse areas of production such as printing and custom graphics. All of this is very good but is also very demanding, to a point of exhaustion. I truly appreciate the enormous amount of support that my clients have given both myself and my products over the years.

After very long consideration, firstly to my closest and most valued customers (you), I have decided that I have to priorities my working structure which primarily must be with the family business. Please let me stress that this has been one of the hardest decisions of my professional career as both a business man and family member.

The printing and graphics aspect of Aeropaint will cease at the end of January (this will enable me to truly focus on my ultimate passion of painting model aircraft) and the commissions undertaken for aero painting will be honored to completion as agreed, I will still be in a position to undertake, on a much smaller scale, future projects for prospective clients who wish to continue to support my services.

Re-structuring Aeropaint in this way will enable me to build on my primary objective, to ensure that my clients receive the level of customer commitment that I have always hopefully shown, coupled with the quality of workmanship that you have assured me I produce.
I feel a great sense of pride that i have managed to build the company from painting all types models for a vast aray of clients from Club level to National and world champions.

I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank each and every one of you for your support of the Aeropaint Group and trust that you understand the need for this change in my working practices. Please feel free in the meantime however, to contact me directly with any enquiries that you may have or concerns with any of the above.

Yours faithfully,

Tom Bootyman.
