I am pleased to report that our arrangements are progressing well for the European Championships with all the major bookings for the team complete.

From what I have seen the security differs at these events.  Without a pass I would not expect you to be able to access any areas other than those designated for spectators. 

If you want a supports pass which will allow you to gain access to most areas of the flying site I will need to add your name to our official entry form which I will be sending off in the next 7/10 days. 

If you would like a supporters pass please let me know. Send me your cheque for 60 Euros made payable to the BMFA as soon as possible.

Bulletin 2 which has a full program of the event is now available at the official web site http://www.ec-f3a.fr/ . Your chance to see 73 pilots from 23 Countries compete for the European Championship title.

I believe all is in place now for our team to compete with our first official practice on Saturday morning 28th July at 09:50 to 10:30 followed immediately by model processing and later in the day the Opening Ceremony.

We will have registered before then on the Thursday and the first Team Managers meeting will be Friday at 19:30 when we will find out about any last minute details, what time the competition starts on Sunday morning and the flying order.
