GBR/CAA F3P Comp - Sth Elmsall - 13th November 2016
« on: 15, October 2016, 08:25:10 PM »
Hi All,

Entry is now open for the first F3P Competition of the season on Sunday 13th November 2016 at Minsthorpe Community College.  Entry fee is £20 for all classes. Pre entry is a requirement of all GBR/CAA competitions and entries must be received 7 days prior to the competition.  Enter here.

Entry is on a first come first serve basis and your entry is only confirmed once payment has been received. So until you pay I cannot reserve a space for you.

It is also a requirement that competitors are members of the GBR/CAA. However, potential new Members are allowed to enter 1 official comp before joining, but pay normal competition entry fee for the class flown.

A minimum of 10 competitors is required to make the competition viable and a maximum of 20 entries will be accepted to ensure sufficient time for the minimum of 3 rounds.

F3P-A, F3P-B+, F3P-B and F3P-C schedules will be flown. The schedules and manoeuvre descriptions can be found here - http://www.gbrcaa.org/f3pschedules.htm

Pilots briefing will be at 9.15 and I aim to start the first round at 9.30.

Directions to the venue can be found here - http://minsthorpe.fitness/

Results will be entered into a League Table as per GBR/CAA domestic league rules.

Sorry all, I'm not going to be able to make this - have far too much going on at the moment.

Good luck to the those that have moved up a schedule - should be fun!

I have started uploading the photographs from this event but it would appear there is a problem.

I trust the host company will fix it soon, as Alan is onto the problem.

These are the times when members don't understand just how much time is spent in the background running the Association.

Thank you Alan.

Thanks to Alan for the huge effort to investigate and correct several errors in the system and continued contact with the technicians in Utah.

The photographs are now available on the photo gallery for the last competition.  http://www.gbrcaa.org/Photo/v/2016/
