Have arranged for small 'car' gate to be open at 7.15am. Bring your spf 50!


Anyone with a camper van can use the big gate at the side, which I will open when I arrive. The farmer may already have opened that gate by then, otherwise there is plenty of room to park while waiting.


Adam also needs 2 more volunteers judges?

Anyone reading this who wants to come along & spectate - no problem, feel free.

Just let us know & we'll make sure the gate is open.


One last thing! - there is anew 50mph limit on Peafield Lane with average speed cameras & not signed. The turn off onto our lane is on Peafield lane  - so be careful!

Thanks to all the members at the Mansfield Club for giving up their field for the day to allow us to fly, what an amazing site and friendly bunch of folk.  The refreshments and food where greatly appreciated. I made it back to Montrose in a speedy 5 3/4 hours.


I would also like to say thanks to all the lads who helped me locate the parts that fell from my plane !!,  time to get new strap for the batteries i think.


See you all next year.

Just sorry I couldn't be there, having spent many hours with my dad in A & E Saturday night/Sunday morning.
Glad to say he survived the op (he's 100) to pin & screw his ankle back together & in good spirits.
