When I try to open the photo gallery, I get a white blank page with "Error" written on the top left area.
This has happened consistently for the last few weeks.
Is it just me, or is there something wrong?

No Problems for me either on PC or Phone just set phone to desk top

AW2

Thanks Ken--it's on my PC that I'm asking about.
Could I be on an out-of-date home page perhaps?
Mine is headed by an F3P entry form---is that the current one?

Hi Alan

You could try clearing your browser cache if you haven't already.

Which browser are you using?

Thanks

Mike

AW2

Thanks Mike.
I cleared all history including the cache thingy, but no difference.
That was on Google Chrome.
I'll try Internet Explorer next...

AW2

Oh Dear, can't find a home page on IE, only a Facebook link, which I won't do.

Mike Wood

Hi

Just wondering what happens if you click this using Chrome: http://www.gbrcaa.org/gallery

Mike

Thanks again,Mike---instant success!
I've bookmarked that page, so will use that in future.
Thanks Again,
Alan.

Hi Alan,

I've found the same issues, however, if you click on an alternative tab first, i.e. Contacts, then back tab and click on Photo Gallery it opens every time.

Rather complicated but nevertheless a solution to the issue.

Just checking, but you may be seeing the old web site.

I've attached two screen shots, the new site layout which has the F3A World Cup in the centre
and the old site layout which shows an F3P entry form.

Could you confirm which one you are seeing please as one gets the errors you have reported
from the old site.

Thanks

Mike

Thanks Graham--how inventive(by my numpty standards anyway)---and it does indeed work as you say!
And thanks again,Mike---I was indeed using the old home page.
I've put the new page in its place, and all now OK I think---thanks again!

I believe if you had just hit 'refresh' after opening the wrong web page/site it would have worked.

Mike Wood

If you google gbrcaa there are many links that still go to the old pages and do not redirect.

If someone has saved an old page address, the bookmark will still take them to the old site.

e.g. http://www.gbrcaa.org/stickerorder.htm

I'm afraid refresh doesn't help in this scenario.
